“We travel, some of us forever, to seek other places, other lives, other souls.” – Anais Nin
Life is a journey. Along this journey we meet people—some for a day, some for a year, and some we’ll know throughout our entire life. Some of those meetings will be forgettable, and some will change us forever. Yet, one thing is certain. We all share this adventure. Those that came before us, and those that will come after us are linked to our story, but not to this instant. This instant, this moment… is something shared only by those here and now.
Man created countries, man created passports, and man created immigration. These barriers are nothing but superficial obstacles that divide us. It is important to remember that these were not created by a God, but rather by us. A U.S. passport may give you access to 174 countries without a need for VISA, and an Afghanistan passport only 25. Where we are born should not define us, and should not limit us. Let us share this instant, this moment openly and freely together without artificial barriers.
