What is the meaning of life?
To me the world's great religions all have an equivalent of the golden rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I think that the gratification of living an honorable life with respect for all living things and for the earth is reward enough.
Our brief flicker of life in the grand scheme of things is incomprehensible. Love is our only answer and gives meaning to the ineffable universe.
