It was really difficult for me to respond to you in your enclosure. I am 101 and I am confined to a electric wheelchair, but I will try to share some of my thoughts with you.

It seems to me that there are two parts to the question that you raise one deals with self satisfaction, making sure that what you are doing, what work you are engaged in is really satisfying. The other part is a little more profound. It seems to me that it is important for you to feel, you are making some kind of contribution to life on earth. I guess what I am saying is that what you do should not only be self satisfying, but also make you feel or believe that you are making some kind of contribution to society as a whole. I think my best example was the time that I spent in Korea after fighting stopped and I was given the task of setting up educational programs for the troops that were there waiting to go home. That was self satisfying, and I believed that it provided some individuals who took advantage of what was being offered a step in the direction of perhaps a more satisfying life, but who really knows.
